DAVIE RENT-A-COP IN CHARGE OF CHILD ABUSE DETECTIVES PROTECTS CONVICTED OFFENDER FROM ARREST

Bagwell wanted to have a live band in his back yard for an all-night party that lasted past 5:00 AM, he hired Davie Police Lieutenant Michael Allen. Bagwell had already been prosecuted by the Town and found guilty for the same offense only 5 months earlier. Davie Police Lieutenant Michael Allen protected Bagwell from a Citizens Arrest by a neighbor, by interfering with the arrest UNDER COLOR OF LAW.

Scott K. Bagwell hired Davie Police Lieutenant Michael Allen (fss 777.04 (2)(3) for this party. Davie Police Lieutenant Michael Allen was paid by Scott K. Bagwell and protected him from arrest (fss 777.03(1)b, UNDER COLOR OF LAW. The arrest was for Breach of Peace involving a Citizens Arrest for aggravated stalking and felony child abuse (fss 784.048(1)a,b,c,(2)(3)(5).
For Chief John George, Mayor/Attorney Tom Truex, Town Of Davie Administrator TOM WILLI, Davie Police Lieutenant MICHAEL ALLEN and pals, IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE, yet all have allowed this to continue for years, and have even retaliated for my reporting it. If Florida State Statutes aren't clear enough, the INSTITUTE FOR LAW AND JUSTICE (ILJ) which has the STATE OF FLORIDA for a client, clearly sets forth the DEFINITION OF STALKING.

Our toddler, next door, has to live behind a 5/8" sheet of plywood
so he can sleep at night, without his crib vibrating. This man also had a TV Camera installed and aimed at our bedroom and bathroom, and would climb up on his roof with friends late at night. They even hired a man to stalk us with a video camera, after trying to run us over. This is how Davie Police protects its residents.We have found it necessary to keep a 5/8" thick sheet of plywood over our toddler's bedroom window for the past 2-1/2 years, to keep his crib from vibrating, and waking him. Police Lieutenant Michael Allen came on our property the night of one of the Bagwell parties, observed the readings from a calibrated noise meter, felt the 5/8" thick sheet of plywood over our son's window vibrating to the music of a LIVE BAND set up in the convicted offenders' back yard, across from our son's window, and calmly said: "Wood Vibrates."
This same Davie Police Lieutenant, Michael Allen, who interfered with the arrest of Scott Kevin Bagwell, is in charge of the Davie Police Child Abuse Detectives!
The application of FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 784.048(5) (Stalking of a minor under 16 years of age) to this case has been evaluated and confirmed applicable by Attorney Neal Miller J.D., (University of Pennsylvania), Principal Research Associate for the Institute For Law and Justice, Consultant to Federal, State (including Florida), and Local Governments and Agencie. Attorney Miller "Wrote The Book" on stalking, and personally wrote the ILJ's Final Report on Stalking. His forte includes 42 U.S.C. 1983 litigation.
